Service Description

This 60-minute online class is designed for Black men of all ages who are new to yoga. This is a beginner class. The class will cover the basics of yoga, postures, breathing exercises, and meditation. The class focuses on the benefits of yoga, such as stress reduction, pain relief, and improved mental health. Be sure to consult your doctor and get cleared before practice.
