SHARE

My personal expression of health creates more awareness about health-related issues in my community.

I pledge to share positive images of myself and

wellness for the betterment of brotherhood.

SUPPORT

I will support myself through an ardent self-care practice.

And when able to extend my self-care practices to support

my family, loved ones and community.

LIVE

High-level wellness requires practice.

As we practice we push beyond an established “idea” of who we are to being the best version of yourself in a given moment.

Living requires being.

So I pledge to be alive, peaceful, calm and aware.

Health is not a privilege, it is my heritage.
